At Novation, we specialize in the production and commercialization of additives for animal nutrition and health. From the early days of the company, our values have always been consistency in work, scientific rigor, and coordination with the livestock sector, to continuously grow our range of products and services offered in over 50 countries.

We are defined by our commitment and service to our clients with the common goal of improving and making livestock activities more efficient. We are actively involved in every country where we operate to ensure the food chain with quality products, with full respect for the environment and global sustainability.

We are part of CCPA group

In 2018, Novation joined the CCPA Group, a prominent French company based in Brittany with over 50 years of international experience in animal nutrition and health.

As part of this group, we have strengthened our global presence and gained access to additional resources and expertise to continue innovating and providing high-quality solutions to our clients. CCPA Group operates in over 40 countries through its partners and subsidiaries, and at its headquarters in Janzé, France, it has one of the largest premix additive production centers in Europe, as well as a leading research and innovation center.

With a structure based on 6 agricultural cooperatives, CCPA Group has established itself as a leader in the sector, with a focus on excellence and a commitment to sustainability and animal welfare.

Our work at a strategic location

NOVATION has a factory in Arcos de Jalón (Soria), located 170 km from Madrid on the A2 highway towards Barcelona, where it manufactures all its specialties for animal feed. It is undoubtedly a strategic location due to its proximity to the maritime ports for export.

Our laboratory and offices are located in Coslada (Madrid), just 10 minutes from Madrid-Barajas International Airport.

The technology and design of the facilities allow for the monitoring of each batch produced, ensuring the  traceability of our products and compliance with current regulations. The reception and sampling of each raw material entering the factory, as well as their analyses, are recorded in the computer systems dedicated to this purpose.

The finished product is analyzed with each production run and, along with its traceability record, is accompanied by the corresponding analysis certificate for proper application until it reaches its final destination. Recent  improvements and expansions to the factory have increased production capacity.

Quality guarantee

For the manufacturing of all our products, we hold the FAMI-QS (Feed Additives and Premixtures Quality System) certification, granted by the European Feed Additives and Premixtures Manufacturers Federation (FEFANA). This certification integrates ISO quality standards and hygiene requirements (HACCP) established by Regulation 183/2005, as well as traceability.

The production of BUTIREX is carried out under the quality standards of the GMP+ Feed Certification Scheme 2020.  GMP+ is a system designed to ensure the safety of feed at all stages of the food chain, which can be easily integrated with ISO 9001 and HACCP systems.

Ensuring food safety and quality is a crucial criterion for consumers today, and the GMP standard enhances customer confidence in our commitment to producing and selling safe, high quality food.

These certifications confirm the good practices of NOVATION and recognize the maturity and effectiveness of its Quality Management System, aiming for complete customer satisfaction through the assurance of all our processes while reaffirming our commitment to continuous improvement.
